HAPPY FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL! August 16-20, 2010

Attention all 6th, 7th, & 8th Grade Families: “Get Acquainted Day” is this Friday, August 20, at Prewitt Family Water Park in Antioch. Please turn in a permission slip and $5.00 to your home room teacher by Thursday, August 19. Here are some details for the trip:
  • Hours: We will have home room classes Friday morning until we leave at 10:00 a.m. and arrive at the water park by 10:30 a.m. We plan to return to the school by 2:30 p.m.
  • Lunch: No food or drink is allowed in the park so you have two choices for lunch. You may bring a sack lunch and eat it in the parking lot when we arrive at 10:45 a.m. or you may bring $ to purchase food at the concession stand. PHAA will bring an ice chest of water for your use.
  • Swimming Attire: Ladies must wear modest one or two piece suits that cover tummies. Rash guards are suggested if you burn easily and sunscreen is a must! If you choose to wear a t-shirt over your suit, the t-shirt must not be baggy as it can become a drowning hazard.
  • Drivers: Drivers/chaperones need to have clearance through the NCC. Please arrive at the school by 9:55 a.m. and wait for your passengers at the picnic tables by the middle school lockers.
  • If you have any questions, please contact Mr. D., Mrs. Spencer, or Mrs. Wallace.
8-19-10 Last minute Get Acquainted Day additions—please read:
