Tuition Payments The Pleasant Hill Adventist Academy Board attempts to keep school charges as low as possible, consistent with good business practices. The following general financial policies have been adopted and will be followed.
Payment of Accounts
Tuition is to be paid in 10 equal payments. The first payment is due by registration day, August 16, 2009. The remainder of the payment schedule is:
If the 15th of the month falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, the payment is due on the following school day.
Payments can be made by check, cash or credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. We now utilize telecheck to process personal checks.
Statements will be mailed about the first of the month and are due on the 15th. A discount of $10.00 will be applied to accounts that are paid in full on or before the 15th by Noon reflecting a zero balance. If you are mailing your payment, it must reach us in the delivery for the 15th. If you are paying by credit card payment must be made by the 13th to receive the discount. Accounts not paid in full by the last business day of the month, by Noon, will be charged a late fee of $10 per month.
Because of space limitations, monthly statements provide information on only the transactions enacted during the just-completed month. Upon request, however, parents may obtain a complete and detailed history of their child's account.
