Write a 3-5 page double spaced paper about the two movies we watched in Bible (You Must Remember This and Hiroshima Maiden). Use your Slippery Slope chart, understanding of conflict, resolution, choices, and consequences to explain how these movies reflect what we have been learning about. Also include references to the memory verse and how it applies to Ella’s experience with Uncle Buddy and to the family in Hiroshima Maiden. For instance, write a page explaining how conflict occurs and is resolved in the first movie, then a page on the second movie, and then make the final page(s) referring to the memory verse (Prov. 14 :22) and how it applies to each movie.

 

You do not need to type write this paper, but it will give you five points in the presentation section. Be sure to double space! If you type it, the font you use must be Comic Sans (or one similar to that) and font size 12.

 

Presentation: 30%

 Includes neatness, grammar and spelling, proper use of paragraphs, etc.

 

Content: 70%

 Includes thought process presented, clarity, use of terminology, and solidity of argument (how valid is what you are saying in your paper to the movie and the quote), etc.

 

Timeliness:
