The Pleasant Hill Adventist Academy Board attempts to keep school charges as low as possible, consistent with good business practices. The following general financial policies have been adopted and will be followed.

PHAA Incentive Program

1. Two month tuition free (Applies to first year only. Applied to account during the second semester)

2. First time at PHAA – One month tuition free (Applies to first year only. Applied to account during the second semester)

3. Bring a Friend – If a new family brings another new family and they both enroll in PHAA each family will receive 2 months free for one child (Applies to first year only. Applied to account during the second semester)

4. Referral Discount – A current family at PHAA who refers a new family to the school who subsequently enrolls for the year will be given a referral discount of $ 400 - $700; (Elementary $400/ HS $700) which will be discounted from their tuition balance. (Applies to first year only. Applied to account during the second semester)

Payment of Accounts

Tuition is to be paid in 10 equal payments. The first payment is due by registration day, August 16, 2009. The remainder of the payment schedule is:

If the 15th of the month falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, the payment is due on the following school day.

Payments can be made by check, cash or credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover, however you will be charged the percentage applicable to the card used.

Statements will be mailed about the first of the month and are due on the 15th. A discount of $10.00 will be applied to accounts that are paid in full on or before the 15^th by Noon reflecting a zero balance. If you are mailing your payment, it must reach us in the delivery for the 15^th. If you are paying by credit card payment must be made by the 13th to receive the discount. Accounts not paid in full by the end of the month, by Noon, will be charged a late fee of $10 per month.

Because of space limitations, monthly statements provide information on only the transactions enacted during the just-completed month. Upon request, however, parents may obtain a complete and detailed history of their child's account.
